In March 2026, the European Commission presented the EU Inc. proposal – an optional, more unified corporate regime for doing business in the EU. It sounds ambitious: incorporation within 48 hours, costs under €100, no minimum share capital, and a fully digital company life cycle. However, the important sentence is this: as of August 2026, it is...

CURRENT LIST OF CZECH READY-MADE COMPANIES
COMPANIES AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SALE
Looking for a Czech S. R. O. that can be taken over without lengthy incorporation?
This page provides an overview of the types of ready-made companies that can be offered based on current availability. Companies are continuously being reserved and added, so before placing an order the specific company name, registration number, year of incorporation, VAT status, share capital, registered office, scope of documentation and price are always confirmed.
There are three basic tax categories to choose from: non-VAT payer, EU VAT payer – identified person under Sections 6g to 6l – and standard CZ VAT payer under Sections 6 to 6f. An older company can also be offered on an individual basis. For each company it is clearly stated which regime applies; the label “company with VAT” without further explanation is not considered sufficient.
As a Slovak client, a standard transfer can usually be arranged without travelling to the Czech Republic. The offer also specifies whether the chosen scope of changes requires a notarial deed. If the company name, registered office in the same city, business activities and the structure of one shareholder and one director are kept, the transfer is usually cheaper and the relevant documents with certified signatures are sufficient.
Reservation, transfer of the business share, change of director and all agreed changes are arranged. If a Czech address is needed without having own office, a virtual registered office in Prague or Brno is added. Data box management can be set up, a qualified accounting partner arranged and bank onboarding, website and marketing prepared.

A CZECH READY-MADE COMPANY

Available categories
- Czech ready-made limited liability company (s. r. o.) non-VAT payer,
- Czech ready-made limited liability company (s. r. o.) EU VAT payer – identified person,

The current offer is updated continuously
Ready-made companies are not an anonymous product taken from stock. Each company has specific identification details and a status that must be verified on the day of reservation. That is why outdated names are not published just to make the list look longer. Send the required parameters and a current offer of companies that are actually available at that moment will be provided.
For each company, the following is provided
- business name and company ID,
- year and date of incorporation,
- registered office,
- amount of share capital,
- exact VAT status: non-payer, EU payer or CZ payer,
- basic information about the history,
- whether a notarial deed is required for the requested changes,
- included changes, mandatory fees and optional services,
- price and possible transfer date,
- availability of a virtual registered office,
- recommended scope of due diligence.
How to read the VAT label in the list
NON-VAT PAYER
The company is neither a standard VAT payer nor an identified person. It is suitable for selected simpler projects and can later register based on its transactions and the conditions it meets.
EU VAT PAYER
This is an identified person pursuant to Sections 6g to 6l of the Czech VAT Act. This status is intended for selected cross-border transactions. The company is not a full domestic VAT payer and generally does not have a general right to deduct VAT.
CZ VAT PAYER
This is a classic Czech VAT payer according to the relevant provisions of Sections 6 to 6f. If the statutory conditions are met, input VAT deduction may be applied and there are regular obligations towards the tax administration.
For each specific company, a clear designation will be used. There will be no need to guess whether the abbreviation "VAT ID" means a full VAT payer or only an identified person.

How to choose from the offer
First, clarify what needs to be achieved. If the priority is fast B2B trading and a Czech VAT ID, choose among VAT payers. If a smaller project is being tested and full VAT administration is not desired, a non‑payer may be more suitable. An earlier year of incorporation can have marketing or tender value, but it always increases the demands on due diligence.
A company should not be selected based only on its name. The business name can be changed in many cases. More important are the company’s status, documentation, VAT, capital, ownership structure, and the speed of transfer.

How much will the transfer of a specific company cost
For each item on the list, the price is calculated based on the changes that are actually needed. The lowest costs apply to a standard transfer, where the company name, registered office in the same city, business activities and the structure of one shareholder and one executive remain unchanged. In such a case, a notarial deed is usually not required.
If there is a need to change the name, move the registered office to another city, expand activities or set up a different ownership or executive structure, a notarial option will be prepared. The price of the notarial act, mandatory fees and services will be listed separately.
This makes it possible to compare two real options: buy a company as cost-effectively as possible with the original setup, or adapt it to the brand and business plan during the transfer.
How the reservation and purchase process works
Choose the type of company or send the parameters. The availability will be confirmed and a specific offer will be sent. After the reservation is approved, the identification details of the future partners and managing directors will be obtained and the documents will be prepared.
The signing will be arranged in person or remotely. Then the registration of changes and handover of documentation will be ensured. At the same time, the registered office, data mailbox management, bank, and connection to an authorised accounting partner can be arranged.
What is needed to select a company
For the first offer, only five pieces of information are needed: whether VAT is required or not, the deadline, the number of partners, the desired registered office, and what the company will do. If there is a requirement for the year of incorporation, share capital, or a specific trade license, it can be added to the message.
The more precise the brief, the fewer options will be sent, but they will be more relevant. The goal is not to overwhelm with a list, but to find a company that can actually be used.
What to watch out for in a company directory
The status "available" may change if another client makes a reservation. The VAT status may change based on a decision of the tax administrator or failure to meet obligations. The bank account may be subject to a new review after a change of ownership. Therefore, all key data is confirmed before signing.
For an older company, age should not be confused with trustworthiness. The date of incorporation can help in presentation, but a business partner or bank will assess actual activity, financial results, and owners.
Remote transfer, data mailbox and accounting partner
A standard company can be reserved and purchased from Slovakia. The documents are prepared, signatures are marked for official verification, and the Czech part of the process is handled. If a notarial act is required, the possibility of representation or an online procedure is checked.
After the transfer, assistance is provided with access to the data box, and management of the data box can also be ordered at mojedatovaschranka.cz. For bookkeeping, connection is arranged with a Czech accounting firm holding the relevant authorization; this regulated activity is not provided directly.

Questions and Answers | FAQ
1. Čo obsahuje zoznam českých ready-made firiem?
The list usually contains the basic identification details of the company, such as the company name, year of establishment, registered office, VAT status, and information on whether the company is available, reserved, or already sold.
2. Prečo nie sú na stránke vždy uvedené konkrétne názvy?
Availability changes quickly. A specific list will be sent after the requested parameters are confirmed, to ensure receiving only companies that are truly available.
3. Podľa čoho si mám vybrať firmu zo zoznamu?
The key factor is whether a company without history is needed, what type of registered office is preferred, and whether additional services, such as a virtual office, should be added right away. A good choice is not just about the name, but about how quickly and easily the company can be adapted to the business.
4. Môžem si firmu zo zoznamu rezervovať?
Yes, a reservation is especially suitable when several details are being handled at once and there is a desire to avoid losing the chosen company. In practice, this is a common step with companies that are in higher demand.
5. Čo znamená čistá ready-made firma?
This is a company established for resale, which was not intended to carry out active business activities. Its status is documented and verified to the agreed extent.
6. Sú v zozname aj platcovia DPH?
Yes. A separately marked EU VAT payer – identified person and a standard Czech VAT payer are distinguished, so it is always clear which VAT regime is being purchased. The list of available ready-made companies is on a separate page: List of ready-made VAT payer companies.
7. Môžem zmeniť názov vybranej firmy?
In most cases, yes. The new name must be usable and distinguishable from existing business names.
8. Musím splatiť základné imanie pri kúpe spoločnosti?
No. All of our companies already have their share capital fully paid up, so there is no need to pay it in.
9. Je uvedená cena konečná?
Each offer specifies what it includes. The final price depends on changes, notarial acts, fees, registered office, and additional services.
10. Ako rýchlo dostanem zoznam?
After submitting the parameters, the current offer will be sent based on availability and the scope of the requirements.
11. Kedy je potrebná notárska zápisnica?
Especially in the case of a change of company name, relocation of the registered office to another city, expansion of business activities, or a change in the standard ownership and executive structure.
12. Viete spravovať dátovú schránku?
Yes. Management of the data mailbox on mojedatovaschranka.cz can be ordered as an additional service.
13. Musím pri kúpe cestovať do Česka?
No. A standard transfer can be arranged remotely, with the signing and verification of documents carried out in Slovakia.
14. Je možné celý proces kúpy spoločnosti vybaviť na diaľku?
Yes. If there is an interest in arranging the purchase of the company without a personal meeting, all the necessary documents will be sent by e-mail with the required instructions. The signature on the documents is then verified by a notary and sent back. Everything else is taken care of.
15. Čo sa stane po odoslaní nezáväznej objednávky?
After sending the non-binding order, all necessary information and instructions will be sent by e-mail. Depending on the nature of the request, a phone call may also be made to go through everything together. Once all the necessary details are received, all documents will be prepared and sent by e-mail along with instructions.

Setting up an s. r. o. in the Czech Republic in 2026: the process, online notary, data box and VAT
In 2026, it will be possible to establish a Czech limited liability company (s. r. o.) without having to complete the entire process in person in the Czech Republic. Gov.cz states that the incorporation of a business company can be carried out fully online and, in the ideal case, within a matter of hours. The reality of a specific case,...
For a Slovak entrepreneur, Brno has one advantage that Prague does not: it is naturally closer. If doing business in Moravia, between the Czech Republic and Slovakia, or needing a Czech registered office with reasonable logistics, Brno can be more practical than a “more prestigious” address in the capital city.
A Prague address can be a practical business base even without renting a private office. However, in 2026 a quality virtual registered office is not just about the owner’s consent. It is essential to know who receives the mail, how quickly notifications are sent, and what happens to registered letters.
